AEO is a national member organization that represents the interests of small, typically underserved, entrepreneurs in the United States. AEO engages in national advocacy and member programming to increase capacity of organizations to support underserved entrepreneurs in starting, stabilizing and expanding businesses. AEO members are eligible for grants, programs and access to a broad network of partners focused on helping entrepreneurs succeed. We also work closely with Microbiz NY and other partners to foster greater understanding among decision-makers of the importance of strong and effective small enterprises to the U.S. economy.
